HACU National Internship Program to host a Virtual Open HouseDate:Friday, October 11, 2024Time: 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET. The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities will host a Virtual Open House for the HACU National Internship Program on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET. The Virtual Open House will include an overview of HNIP, agency highlights, and interns’ perspectives. Staff, faculty, and individuals working directly with college students are highly encouraged to attend to learn more about paid internships within federal agencies open to any major. These internships are available during the fall, spring, and summer. Current federal agency internship partners include the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Treasury, the National Science Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. Security Exchange Commission, and the Department of Justice.The HACU National Internship Program has made over 15,000 placements since the inception of the program 30 years ago.For any questions, please email program staff at hnip@hacu.net.
