Abbott House is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to CFO for our Finance department.

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to CFO and Finance Management Team, including tracking and timely completion of projects, and special tasks as assigned.
- Set up and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track projects/schedules/tasks and communicate status.
- Maintain calendar/appointments for CFO.
- Ability to attend management meetings and take and prepare meeting minutes
- Drafting and/or editing emails, letters and other correspondence
- Set up and maintain accounting excel spreadsheets and reconcile to general ledger
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material
- Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Coordination of requests for information and records
- Any other related duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
