Support our organization’s day-to-day operations by performing administrative and reporting tasks and working with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Duties include:
- Intake case administration.
- Database maintenance.
- Handling company-wide inquiries relating to Operations.
- Booking travel and preparing expense reports.
- Managing the organization and presentation of operations data.
- Identifying problems and proposing solutions for improvements to processes.
All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree:
Business Administration/Management or similar.
1-2 years relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Solution-oriented, passionate about process improvement, strong communicator, and high attention to detail.
