The dedicated secondary team was established in 2013 and has since completed over 370 transactions across more than 800 underlying fund interests managed by over 400 managers. We are currently seeking candidates for our summer analyst program starting in the summer of 2026.

This position is based in Darien, CT and is onsite 4-5 days/week in the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the investment team in pricing and valuing leveraged buyout, venture capital, real asset and credit funds
- Build detailed financial models (LBO models, valuation models, fund cash flow models, etc.) to analyze investment merits
- Review annual and quarterly reports as well as financial statements of buyout, venture, real assets and credit funds
- Underwrite the individual assets in each fund, gaining broad exposure to hundreds of companies across various industries
- Monitor the performance of existing secondary investments by participating in industry and manager update calls
- Special projects as assigned
Required background:
- To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month / year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
- 1+ years of relevant course work (Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, etc.)
- Analytical and critical thinking – ability to identify and articulate key investment considerations and risks, supported by quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to complete assignments independently and on a timely basis
- Strong interpersonal and team skills – comfortable working alongside and collaborating with fellow team members to accomplish broader strategic initiatives
- Communication skills – strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to effectively formulate and articulate opinions
- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results
