SERVANT LEADER INTERN
Servant leader interns must be 19-30 years of age, have completed at least one year of college, and have plans to complete their college degree. Interns play a key role in the program. Maturity, integrity, and responsibility are the characteristics we are seeking in all applicants.
Servant Leader Interns are responsible for assigned scholars and serve as teachers during classroom and afternoon activities. Servant Leader Intern’s will be selected based on their energy and enthusiasm, their ability to actively engage children, and develop positive and affirming classroom learning activities. A willingness to work hard and a spirit of servant leadership is essential. Interviews will be conducted in- person or by ZOOM based on location.
WORK SCHEDULE: July 7 – August 15, 2025 Mon – Fri: 7:45A – 4:00P
TRAVEL: Requires travel and active participation in CDF Freedom Schools® National Training in Clinton, TN, June 3-8, 2025. Travel, lodging and meals will be covered by the Program.
TRAINING: Local training before and after National Training will be scheduled in Mount Vernon, NY.
