YOUR ROLE
- Site Coordinator onsite at Harley Davidson in Tomahawk WI
- Executes operational standard processes to enable supply, secure supply, improve supply and verify supply.
- Ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages to avoid out of stocks and impact on NES.
- Optimizes (together with Site Engineer) value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service and quality level, and packs inventory.
- Collaborates with the regional stakeholders (customer and suppliers).
- Processes invoices. Implements purchase order requisitions and performs tasks in SAP. Manages inventory.
YOUR SKILLS
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay or similar procurement systems.
- Experience using SAP.
- Have a working knowledge of strategic planning.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Customer service focus with the ability to trouble shoot issues and lead process improvement.
- Work with suppliers to ensure high level quality and on time delivery.
- The ability to recognize and manage various types of packaging materials.
