CARING PROFESSIONAL NEEDED! MARKETING & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Home Helpers is looking for a CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), capable of growing strong relationships with referral sources and elderly clients, to market and sell our senior-care services for our established and growing company.
Our company provides in-home caregiving services to clients all over North Valleystream area.

As an integral team member, the CSR:
1. Networks on a person-to-person level in the home care community, to gain and maintain the trust of home care professionals
2. Works closely with our recruiting, scheduling and customer service departments, to provide the best possible caregivers to our clients.
3. Meets with families and individuals who need our services and facilitates the intake process by learning our client's needs in order to match them with compatible caregivers.
4. Visits our clients to ensure they are well cared for.
5. Helps with all other aspects of the company as needed.

Qualifications include effective communication, networking, and presentation skills as well as proven direct sales skills. An eldercare or medical related sales background is helpful but strong candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
The right individual for this position will be:
1. Like-able & easy to talk with! This position requires an individual who makes a strong first impression of trust, competence, and pleasant nature. You must be also be able to handle rejections well.
2. A College Degree is strongly preferred.
3. Open to meeting new people and working at building new relationships.
4. Work with urgency and maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor in an extremely fast-paced work environment.
5. Must be caring, compassionate and share company's mission of helping the elderly.
6. Superior oral and written communication skills

10. Must be motivated to grow a territory, and build the company's relationships
11. Must drive with a car and be accessible to your assigned territory.
