HR Intern at Total Orthopedics and Sport Medicine

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. It’s an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new hires by preparing documentation and assisting with orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with planning internal events.
- Perform research and assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
