Position: Legal Intern-White Plains, NY
Description: Prominent and well-established White Plaints plaintiff’s litigation firm, practicing personal injury, matrimonial and commercial litigation, seeks a Legal Intern to assist the attorneys in the development and prosecution of their cases. This is a great opportunity for the candidate to gain hands-on experience in litigation, to learn from experienced attorneys, and to work on interesting cases. The candidate’s work schedule is flexible and compatible with the students’ classes. This position will be available to the candidate throughout his or her law school career and through the student’s summers, and the potential for a full-time position exists when the candidate graduates.
Our office is located within walking distance of the White Plains Train Station and is on the Bee Line Bus Route.
Geographic Preference: Westchester, White Plains, New York (2 blocks from Metro North).
Compensation: $16.50 and above, based upon skills and experience.
Desired Practice Areas: Trial Practice, medical malpractice, products liability, toxic tors, premises liability, commercial litigation and general litigation and Family Court practice.
Position Type: Paid, Part-Time, with transition to associate upon graduation. Opportunity for full time during the summer.
Desired Class Level (s): 2027, 2026, 2025 PT, 2025 FT.
