Seeking a personable and organized professional to join and grow with our front desk team. This individual must exhibit a friendly and personable demeanor alongside strong verbal and written communication, time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
The Receptionist is responsible for, but is not limited to:
Answering the phones, scheduling dental appointments, greeting and walking-out patients, collecting copays, managing the daily schedule, overall customer service, and other clerical duties.
Experience in the dental field and/or with dental insurance is a huge plus, as is experience working with CareStream SoftDent practice management software.
