About The Role:

Reputable fuel and oil distribution company dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our customers. Our team is committed to ensuring efficiency and safety in all our operations. We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Admin/Receptionist to join our team. The Office Admin will play a critical role in managing office communications, customer service, and supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing phone calls, updating systems, performing data entry, coordinating oil deliveries, processing service tickets, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Compensation: $22-24/hr.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Update and maintain company databases and systems with accurate information, including customer details, delivery schedules, and service records.
• Coordinate and schedule fuel and oil deliveries in collaboration with the operations team.
• Process service tickets for customer requests, ensuring all information is entered correctly into the system.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues related to deliveries, invoices, or services.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for service tickets, delivery logs, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and supporting other departments as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and service.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or Equivalent

• Bilingual is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or other database systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
