Training Support Analyst

Location: White Plains, NY

Employment Type: Contract
Experience Level: 2–4 years

Position Summary

The Training Support Analyst provides operational and logistical support for technical training programs designed to strengthen workforce capabilities. This role assists with instructor-led training, technical learning events, certification programs, continuing education initiatives, and structured workforce development pathways.

The analyst will collaborate with training program managers, instructors, engineering teams, operations leaders, and subject matter experts to coordinate effective program delivery. The position also supports the preparation and submission of technical presentations for third-party review and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) or Professional Development Hour (PDH) credits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical training sessions, workshops, learning events, and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with program managers, operations leaders, instructors, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage training calendars and coordinate multiple learning events across departments.
  • Maintain the department’s SharePoint site and organize training resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of structured technical training pathways and curricula.
  • Coordinate logistics for classroom- and facility-based training sessions.
  • Prepare training rooms, equipment, materials, presentations, and instructional resources.
  • Support participant registration, enrollment, attendance, and completion tracking.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training participants, instructors, and facilitators.
  • Help identify programs eligible for CEU and PDH credits.
  • Assist with preparing technical presentations and documentation for third-party review.
  • Maintain training records and documentation required by accrediting organizations.
  • Track training data and prepare participation, completion, and program reports.
  • Support program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple training events, stakeholder requests, and competing deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Two to four years of experience coordinating training programs, learning events, or workforce development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or other learning platforms.
  • Strong program and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with data tracking, recordkeeping, and training reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively support instructors, participants, technical professionals, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, operational, or workforce training programs.
  • Familiarity with certification, continuing education, CEU, or PDH programs.
  • Experience preparing documentation for accrediting organizations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or project management experience is a plus
