Mavis Discount Tire – Customer Service Representative
Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join Team Mavis at our Operations Support Center in Millwood, New York. With over 700 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest independently-held tire sales and automotive repair chain in the United States.
About the Position of Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for Mavis, you will be empowered to employ problem solving skills that will lead to conflict resolution, customer retention and create promoters of the Mavis business. You will endeavor to satisfy customers by implementing empathy and understanding of the customer’s needs. Customers will benefit from your patience and professionalism in your efforts to resolve their concerns and address their inquiries expeditiously.

Candidates must possess the following personal qualities, characteristics and work history.
· Must be a people person with positive outgoing attitude
· Stable work history
· 1-2 years employment related experience in dealing with customers in a fast paced environment
· Automotive knowledge or experience considered a plus
· Strong phone skills and business acumen
· Possess superior interpersonal skills and patience in dealing with customers and Company employees
· Possess PC literacy and able to learn software programs
· Associates degree preferred.
· Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and weekends
