Responsibilities include:
-Copying
-Scanning
-Printing
-Faxing
-Replenishing paper in copy machines and printers
-Replace toner in printers
-Troubleshooting Computer Issues
-Circulation Desk operations (Process Check-in/check-out library materials through Sierra)
-Interoffice Mailing
-Handle study room reservations
-Stock office supplies
-Maintain office cleanliness
-Handling phone calls (Transferring, taking messages, directing patrons)
-Assisting patrons with basic Microsoft tasks
-Assist patrons with location materials
-Shelf Reading/ Shelving Materials
-Checking and responding to e-mails
