The Center for Student Success and Engagement/PACT office is an exciting and dynamic workplace. We are looking for energetic candidates who will be able to provide excellent customer service to students, staff and faculty. The job duties include: answering office phones, conducting student outreach, providing coverage in the PACT waiting room, assisting student’s faculty staff and prospective students at the front desk, assisting with special projects, planning and coordinating activities, and participating in Division of Student Affairs events. Available Hours: Monday – Thursday = 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday = 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday = 9:00 am – 2:00 pm The mission of the Division of Student Affairs (DSA) at Mercy College is to promote student learning and holistic development by providing intentional opportunities for engagement outside the classroom. Through its student employment opportunities, the DSA supports students’ academic development, inspires personal growth, and fosters interpersonal connections and collaboration to prepare students as leaders for success in our diverse community and in their chosen career fields.
