Residential Life Administrative Assistant
The Office of Residential Life is seeking students with Federal Work Study to assist with various operations including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Making phone calls
- Organizing student mail (letters and packages)
- Assisting Security with Lockouts
- Assisting Facilities with work orders
- Assisting current and prospective students
- Assist with data entry
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will live on campus, be punctual, have excellent communication skills, and portray a professional attitude toward their work. Additionally, candidates should be committed to the notion of excellent customer service in all areas of their work.
Duration: The Academic Year
Approximate Hours Per Week: 6 (depending on Federal Work Study allotment)
GPA 2.5 or above
