Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program, with a scheduled graduation between Spring 2023 and Spring 2024, preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving,, and decision-making skills
  • Interest in advertising, marketing, research, data analytics or ad-tech
  • Good collaborative and relationship-building skills

Interns gain an opportunity to develop leadership skills, expand their knowledge of the organization, gain exposure within the industry, establish themselves as interested in the advertising world, and develop key business skills. The interns will make lasting contacts at OMG.

Compensation: $16.50-20.00/hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for the comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
