Step into an instrumental role with a Barron’s Top 100 Female Advisor firm. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced—and team oriented—wealth management office. Work as an employee of an independent private wealth advisory practice affiliated with Ameriprise Financial.

Summary:

This is a professional position, you will serve as the administrative back bone for one of our large Client Service Teams. You will support the team’s lead advisor directly in managing existing and new client relationships. You will be expected to manage a busy team calendar and assist in various tasks in client service and financial planning workflow. Thorough computer and technology skills are essential with the ability to quickly learn new software. The lead advisor will provide direction, but you must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work independently, and anticipate firm needs and client questions. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.
