We are looking for responsible, caring, energetic individuals who have a genuine interest in working with students to join the Wharton Global Youth Program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania .
Examples of responsibilities
· Meet with staff and directors to discuss the best plans and support for students each day
· Help out with office tasks
· Organize and help facilitate on campus afternoon activities
· Assist students struggling with roommate issues
· Set up a study session in the evening if students need assistance
· Stay up late to make sure all students are in the residence hall for the evening and getting prepared for classes the next day

What we expect from our Resident Counselors
· 21 years old prior to campus arrival date
· A responsible and caring attitude with a team player mentality.
· Passion for experiential learning, travel, and working with students
· Must be eligible to work in the US
· Completed or pursuing a 4-year college or university degree
· Willingness to work unusual hours with limited time off
· Availability for 4 – 10 weeks this summer
