>> I would say that the things that I love most around my career, a lot of variety. The pace is very fast, which can sometimes be a challenge. And you're trying to keep up with lots and lots of different, new inputs all the time. You're being influenced by external forces and economic forces. And we're a state institution so we also run into, you know, state initiatives and things like that that you're always have to adapt to. But at the same time that's very exciting. You have an opportunity to shape policy. I can see how my decisions actually influence the overall shape of the university and the direction of the university. I live in the world of ideas and I'm constantly coming up with new ideas and new solutions that will help make the university stronger but that will also benefit individual students. And combine those kinds of things and you know the opportunity to really make change in a very positive kind of culture, it's very exciting. That's what I love about it.
