>> My name is Sally Albrecht. And I am the Director of School Choral Publications and Classroom Publications for Alfred Music Publishing Company. It really is a full year, a process that I do for Alfred. Alfred is an educational music publisher. We create music for school choirs. And bands. And orchestras. And piano players. And guitar players, et cetera. So I'm in charge of the part of the catalog that is for singers. And for elementary students to try to teach them how to sing. And how to count. And how to sometimes dance. So I basically help select. Produce. Edit. Record. And then promote quite a number of musical pieces each year. About 135 chorals. Usually six larger elementary projects. Four of them are musicals. Two of them are song books. Then probably a DVD or two of doing choreography. And then several vocal editions for voice students, primarily, high school level I'd say. So we produce music for K through 12. And then some more sophisticated materials for collegiate groups and community choirs. I work with a wonderful team at Alfred. I specifically work, I'm in charge of three coeditors who work with me. One is in charge of a certain part of the catalog. And another one is in charge of a different part of the catalog. And I'm their mama. And then we have an additional editor who helps with the proofreading. And all of us together write the marketing copy. So we have to know about how to sell a piece of music. I'm the one in charge of putting the budgets together. Which is another challenge, if we want to talk about challenges. Two of those work with me in Raleigh. And the other gentleman works in Cincinnati. But Alfred's main offices are out in Los Angeles. And so out there we have another, we have the marketing team. We have the sales team. We have the accounting team. We have a production team. We have the artists. And so I help to coordinate working with them. And getting everything in print in time.
