>> So my name's Brendan Bikert [phonetic] for a living currently I live here in New York. I work in Times Square for a startup. It's a recruiting software called Bounty Jobs. And I'm a Headhunter/Account Manager for the company. Especially in New York City, if you're thinking about moving there, headhunters are going to be huge for you. Headhunters come into contact with different companies, they form relationships with them. And then the company is looking to hire people through different means, other than just posting the position on their website. And basically what headhunters do is they look out and they try to find the right candidates for those roles. See if they're interested in taking the next step in their career; changing positions. Whatever it may be. And then getting in touch with the company and providing them with the right candidates for the role. The headhunters are rewarded in terms of compensation, when they actually make a fill. So they're basically working for free until they find the right candidate who gets an offer and accepts the offer for that roll. Hence, why it's so important to have the right connections and be able to find the right companies that you're able to provide candidates for. There's two different signs of the clientele for, you know, the way that our business models kind of set out. There's the employers side. And then there's also the recruiting side; the headhunters side, which is what I work with. So our employer reps bring on board new employers who are looking to use the Bounty Job site as a platform to find the best recruiters in the industry. Whereas what I'm doing on my side of things is then on-boarding and trading the headhunters to appropriately use the site. Find the right type of employers. And ultimately make a connection. In a way I'm almost playing like a matchmaker. I'm kind of finding out what the strengths are for each specific headhunter in my training class. And then putting them in touch with the right employers who have the right types of positions on the site. [ Silence ]
