>> I have several titles. But probably besides cheap bottle washer I'm the Founder and CEO of JPA International Incorporated as well as the Healthy Brain and Body Centre of Beverly Hills. The JPA International is what we call a boutique consulting and training firm. So we have been in business since 1979. And basically we provide organization and management development consulting, coaching, and training services to private and public organizations around the world. When it comes to the executive level actually we have a program and a process that is very specific to executives and to management. And it's also tied to organizational change and cultural change in organizations as well. And it starts with working with the executive team. And the executive team, a lot of times, when they come together, those people work very hard individually to get to their positions. So being able to come together as a team and to collaborate and to make decisions together and how best to run the organization, on strategy, vision, and not just vision but being able to really understand their current reality and fill that gap is very critical. So there is a process that we take these executive and management teams and even boards through to help them get a lot of clarity and also to teach them a step by step process for putting together the foundation of a collaborate effort that they can carry on on their own. And many times as a part of that or separate from that that we also do a lot of leadership assessment and development and coaching.
