My name is Charlie Kleiner. I am a marketing programs manager at a software company called Sovos. It's very different, I would say, company to company. But, for me, it's really kind of dealing with all of our different products, taking kind of the key audience that we want to target, and then matching them up kinda with features of our product that make the most sense. Then it's kinda my job to take those features and decide how do we message that to the target audience, depending on, like, how do we wanna create that into a program, into a specific campaign and a message. Whether that's through email or digital advertising, webinars, live events, things like that. One of the products that I work on is a filing software for businesses to report their 1099s to the government. We target financial services in that aspect. So, typically, in kind of the compliance operations role within large banks. And so what we really do is narrow in on those financial services and we say, hey, here's these people in operations and they're really having this issue when they're reporting their 1099s. Their processes aren't automated, for example, they're having a lot of errors submitted when they file to the IRS. And we kind of take that and look at, okay, they need this specific part of our product to make sure they don't have errors, to make sure that everything is validated and checked before they submit. And then I take that and say how do we specifically message that? How do we make them realize that that need that they have fits perfectly with our product? We're really collaborative so we have lot of kind of stand-ups, touchpoints with our different marketing and sales teams, day to day, which is kind of nice to break up the day. So there's usually three or four check-ins, touchpoints, stand-ups like that and then, pretty typically, it's just working with my own projects or with people on my team to collaborate on what we're doing next. Create that strategy. Make sure those programs are set up to run successfully.
