>> [inaudible] I'm a Project Engineer 1 for Icon USA. I mean my job is to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in all tasks you know from financial to construction you know everything. You know on a typical day, the only constants really are you know the safety meeting in the morning and then you know lunch and then meetings you got during the day. In between that and everything else it's kind of just what's given to you that day you know so it changes a lot throughout the day. You know I might take a ten minute walk out there and get asked by four different guys to go do something so my list starts out at the beginning of the day with stuff that I know I need to get done but by the end of the day you know I might have a list completely different than how I started out. So the foundation work that we're doing out here, we have a lot of carpenters out here and that trade you know puts up the form works, the panels you know sets the anchor bolts [inaudible]. Anything that's from the top concrete surface down that's embedded we do. We also work with a lot of other subcontractors out there like the ironworkers to put in the steel, electrical guys to put in all the [inaudible], and pipe guys to put in you know the process piping and everything. So we you know we start the foundation putting up the formwork and then subcontractors work with us to get it done. You know some foundations might take a couple of days, some might take a couple of months so basically we put up the form work, pour the concrete, in layman's terms that what we do. There's a lot that happens in between but end game is that you have a foundation for a massive piece of equipment so. It's definitely a time-consuming job but I mean you got to want that to be in this industry. And it all depends on the job you're working on. You know some jobs are ahead so they pull back on hours. This job right now we're working ten hour days five days a week and then Saturdays as needed. So you know it's time consuming for us, for the craft employees, for everyone. But time flies by cause you know you always have something to do and that makes the job a lot easier.
