>> My name is Debbie Gillotti and I work for a company called nVoq Incorporated. I head up a business vertical in the healthcare industry. The company is a provider of web-based voice recognition solutions. It's headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. I am responsible for business strategies and sales and marketing for the healthcare industry. There are several popular products that have already been established in the industry but our product is unique because it's web-based and it also works very closely with a variety of different electronic medical records systems, so we are building a new business segment and finding good success so far in the market. What goes into my day? Well, I work as a virtual employee so I spend most of my day when I'm not traveling on the phone or doing email. But because I'm used to that work mode, I have done it for many years, I find it to be very manageable and I do enjoy traveling physically to meet with customers and partners. I work from my home. I think it has many advantages. There are some disadvantages but what you must do is find a way to structure your day so you do get out and speak to other people in person and not just on the phone. You don't want to spend eight hours a day every day locked up in your office.
