>> OK, my name is Cindy Cason. And currently I own my own company. I have an educational consulting company. I'm an educator. My company works with public educators across the country, work with teachers helping them with teaching strategies, working with students to make them successful. It's a very difficult profession. It's a very rewarding profession, but it's very difficult. But you do have to be very, very prepared. Teaching, if you like structure, is great, because it's very structured, it's very scheduled. You're either having, you know that class starts at 8:01 and ends at 8:46. But you also have to be very flexible, because you may plan a lesson that you think will last for 30 minutes and it's actually lasted 5 minutes. Or you think that you're hired to teach English that day, and the kids walk in the door, and something happened that morning. Their parents had a fight, or their bother hit them when they got out of the car, so you're teaching the whole child. You're teaching their whole family because you have their parents to deal with, you have everything they bring into the classroom. So you have to be prepared for everything. It's psychology, it's your subject matter. It's a very challenging job, but it's a very rewarding job as well.
