My name is Rapheal Yactayo, I am an adjunct consultant and I work for Microsoft. So whenever a company purchases Microsoft Azure mostly in the infrastructure realm, at least in my space. I usually go onsite to the customer or remotely on the system to implementing architecture solutions. In order for them to get to Azure and the cloud. So whenever a customer purchases a MCS contract they usually have a statement of work, right? So we go in there and we try to follow that statement of work. Usually when we come on site we try to find out what is it that they're really looking for, technology wise. A lot of companies go to Microsoft Azure because they have an idea already in mind of what they want to spin up in Azure. So what we try to do is first try to initialize that conversation of why they're purchasing it. And then we try to give them the roadmap on how to build in, how to architect the solution. If they are migrating from different cloud vendors on what's the fastest and what's the best approach for them to actually do that. Without having any down time. We usually go on site to the customer and we travel there from Monday to Thursday and then we do work remotely on Friday's. But then it also depends. We do have some customers that they require us to be a lot more of an remote support. So we have a lot of calls with them and we try to guide them the best ways we can. As a consultant we usually say that it's 90% required travel. So, we do travel from Monday to Thursday if we do have to travel. Like I mentioned and then we work remote on Fridays and if not, we usually work from home throughout the week and as well, we go to different Microsoft offices at least here in New Jersey. There's one in Iselin and then there's another one in Manhattan in New York.
