Federal Work Study
The Student Worker Program runs through the academic year beginning in the Fall Semester and ending with the Spring Semester of the following year. The majority of available positions are for students receiving Federal Work Study Funds through their financial aid package.
The Federal Work Study Award is not a guaranteed award. Students will receive Federal Work Study Funds only if they have gained employment in an on or off campus position through the academic year. This is a very competitive program and there are limited positions available for the students who apply.
Student Requirements
- Students have filled out and submitted a FAFSA Application and accepted Federal Work Study for the Academic Year
- Students are matriculated at Mercy University, registered full-time (minimum of 12 credits)
- Students must maintain their GPA of a 2.5 GPA to work in program
