Congratulations, you are almost done with your degree! No doubt you have worked hard and thought this day would never come. Now you are almost there and you are probably wondering what you will do next and how you will get your first job in your field. Even if you have worked through college, chances are you are looking for something different, something better.
The good news is we have a lot going on this semester to help you.
Here is what to do:
A). Update your resume and cover letter. Both documents should look better than ever – ready to impress!
B). Attend our career fairs. We have TWO coming up!:
- Mercy University Spring 2020 Career and Internship Fair on March 12th in Dobbs Ferry
- Mercy Manhattan Government and Social Service Career and Internship Fair on April 21st
C). Apply, apply, apply! They say applying for a job is a full time job. We’ll it is true so you better carve out the time. Consider yourself warned. Keep a file of where you applied, for what and when so you stay organized.
After 
all this we can also help you practice interviews via Big Interview or in-person but that we can go over that later. For now, your top goal is to meet employers and land some interviews.
