Overview of Dept/Division:
This unit is responsible for the’ following: TA /OA payroll and pension, check printing and distribution; check administration (stop payment, unclaimed, replacements, direct deposit reversals, etc.); blank check orders and inventory control, OA pension direct deposits and Workers Compensation payments.
Project Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist with daily production of Workers Compensation and off-cycle checks and with bi-weekly payroll processing which includes the distribution ofTA/OA checks and direct-deposit advices. Also with record keeping and monitoring of the daily use of check stock.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and organizational skills required: Must be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Knowledge of MS Excel and Word preferred.
